Breathing techniques and patterns
Sound Vibration
Body Tapping
We will also look at how these techniques are used in an effort to heal, balance, and detox the brain and physical body. These restorative tools will be taught in the workshop as well as how to use them at home on your own.
We will conclude with a restful meditation for the mind and body.
